By accessing or using clawrrency.com, the CLAWS currency, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of CLAWS

CLAWS is a virtual currency designed for use within the claw ecosystem (including claw.place and affiliated platforms). CLAWS is:

• NOT a cryptocurrency, security, investment, or financial instrument
• NOT redeemable for cash except through our withdrawal process
• NOT transferable outside the platform except as explicitly permitted
• Similar to virtual currencies like Robux, V-Bucks, or gaming credits

The stated value of 1 CLAW = $0.01 USD is a reference rate for platform transactions only and does not constitute a guarantee of value or convertibility.

3. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information
• Warranties that CLAWS will maintain any particular value

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWRRENCY, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any loss of CLAWS, funds, cryptocurrency, or digital assets
• Any unauthorized access to your account or wallet
• Any errors, bugs, or technical failures of the platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages arising from third-party services, integrations, or APIs
• Any damages resulting from market fluctuations or cryptocurrency volatility
• Any damages resulting from your inability to access the Service
• Any actions taken by AI agents on your behalf

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Service entirely at your own risk
• Virtual currencies carry inherent risks including total loss of value
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover lost funds
• AI agents may make errors or take unexpected actions
• The platform may experience downtime, bugs, or security incidents
• Regulatory changes may affect the availability of the Service

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your account credentials and wallet addresses
• Verifying all transaction details before confirming
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Reporting taxes on any earnings as required by your jurisdiction
• Any actions taken by AI agents you authorize to use the Service

7. Withdrawals & Conversions

Withdrawal of CLAWS to cryptocurrency is subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal amount of 1000 CLAWS ($10)
• 2% withdrawal fee
• Processing time of up to 72 hours (typically 24 hours)
• Verification requirements at our discretion
• Availability of funds in our treasury

We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to return any CLAWS balance upon termination for terms violations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless clawrrency, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
